Sponsorship Update 2017-08-29 Cash Donations are the total of any direct cash donations or receiptable items that generate a Charitable Tax receipt. Example of a “receiptable item”…. Donor makes a donation to our Gala event and requests a Charitable Tax receipt for the Fair Market Value (FMV) of that item. This value is then listed as a “Cash” donation Note… FMV determined as the actual selling price of the item at the Gala or fundraising event Note...We do not issue Charitable Tax receipts for all items donated to our fundraising events.. .we only issue to those that request such “If an organization or individual makes a financial commitment but at a defined later date, they be recognized at the appropriate sponsorship level after approval by the Directors.” Monies received from a fundraising event hosted by a third party (Fashion Show, Corn Maze, etc) will be treated as a cash donation from that third party

Sponsorship Update 2017-08-29 In-Kind Donations are for items that do not result in direct cash input into PPLPS but do benefit PPLPS. Examples of this include but not restricted to Those giving prizes for a fundraising event Those donating services such as printing, website maintenance, email maintenance, making donation boxes They are only valid for a 12-18 month period pending timing of the newsletter distribution or marketing event. In-Kind Sponsors can be adjusted at any time of the year based upon the determination of the Marketing Director, (following these parameters), and upon approval of the Board to direct the adjustment of the various avenues of communication (website, newsletters, etc)

Sponsorship Update 2017-08-29 The levels of Cash Sponsorship include: Different Levels of “Cash Donations”. The levels of Cash Sponsorship include: Platinum Grower @ $20,000 total cash contributions & annual $1,000 per year Platinum $20,000 or more total cash contributions Gold Grower @ $5,000 total cash contributions & annual $500 per year Gold $5,000 or more total cash contributions Silver Grower @ $1,000 total cash contributions & annual $100 per year Silver $1,000 or more total cash contributions Bronze Grower @ $500 or more total cash contributions & annual $100 per year Bronze $500 or more total cash contributions Anyone at the minimum Bronze level have their info on website and communications kept updated until further advised) If a Grower sponsor does not provide their minimum annual donation for that level of sponsorship, they simply drop down to the normal cash value sponsorship.
