Activity Summary & Issues Project to optimize Top 100 SKUs, which generate 50% of vendor's revenue - in progress Additional images, bullets and descriptions from manufacturer websites, merging of duplicates Project to merge duplicates for Top 500 SKUs - Complete!! 283 duplicates merged Project to update content and images for top Kryptonite SKUs - Complete! Project to add the most recent list of new offers - in progress A total of ~900 items need a NIS (combination of items that are currently setup but with blank replen code and items that can't have offers added to them) Set-up of SRAM offers for Long Lead Buy 114 active with correct cost 11 active with wrong cost -submitted cost update and sent to Rep to intervene if need be 3 approved but not showing in cost sprdsht or vc - troubleshooting 26 vendor doesn't have data for SRAM replen code audit - in progress 2200 items in VC that are not listed in NS Requested vendor audit and verify active/inactive for all products Project to fix wrong replenishment codes - ongoing Selle San Marco Item Set-up 40 active with correct cost 9 active with wrong cost - cost update submitted and sent to Rep to intervene if need be Waiting on NIS data from vendor for 8 items Park, Challenge, WTB offers Submitted offers for all waiting on approval/rejection from Amazon to determine which items need a NIS New Item Setups 900 remaining items - waiting on data from vendor Cinelli items - waiting on data from vendor Retail Data Partners

Platform Updates Vendor Express support for product catalog, invoices, purchase orders, direct fulfillment, and sales metrics Added product detail update statuses in weekly updates Integrated weekly task tracking detail into weekly updates Updated product grouping features to allow for arbitrary gropuing of ASINs Enabled prdouct-grouping -based reporting for ASIN groups for a limited metric set Improved AMS data collection and tracking, including revenue-based calculations Enhanced cost maintenance to include not-yet-published ASINs Retail Data Partners
