Where did this cuisine originate This particular cuisine originated in the province of Sichuan, located in the south-west of china.
Features and ingredients of this cusine The main features comprise of: Hot and spicy flavouring. The ingredients used includes: poultry, pork, beef, fish, vegetables, and tofu stir frying, steaming and braising, baking, and the most widely used method fast-frying urgent, hot, and fragrant home-grown dishes.
The si chaun cuisine is often brit and fragrant from the spices used.

Malatang: Highly used dish in Sichuan. You can see the hot spices in this dish which give it the vibrant orange colour. Kung Pao Chicken: As seen this dish is made up of many chillies and hot spices that can numb the lip. Fuqi Fei Pian: Extremely fragrant dish that is a big part of the Sichuan cuisine. Mapo tofu: Very spicy dish. This dish uses tofu in place of chicken

Sichuan cuisine has a variety of flavours and different methods of cooking, featuring the taste of hot, and sweet, sour, or salty. The origin of Sichuan cuisine can be traced back to the Qin and Han dynasties (221BC-220AD).Sichuan cuisine has been famous for around 800 years. The hot pepper was introduced into China from South America around the end of the 17th century. Sichuan became famous for using this type of flavouring.
Climate wise Sichuan has high humidity and many rainy so much of the Sichuanese cuisine includes hot peppers as in helps reduce internal dampness. This is why many dishes are hot dishes. The region's warm, humid climate causes many of their foods to be persevered so picking, salting, drying and smoking are very common. Sichuan has been known as the land of plenty since ancient times. Sichuan is well known animals, poultry, and freshwater fish and crayfish, this meaning Sichuan cuisine is known for the use of fish and meats from a variety of animals. Ox meat is very common in this particular region.

Our dish will comprise of A hot and spicy chillies chicken cake with prawn frosting and a side of dead ox and a sweet pineapple rice with a shit tone of sugar on the side to give you diabetes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
