DOW UNDERDOGS STRATEGY (www.dowunderdogs.com) MAIN GUIDELINES Buy 1/3/5/10 dow stocks which have the lowest trading price relative to its 200-day ma price. Look for the stocks with the greatest % below its 200-day moving average Hold that investment for 1 year and 1 day At the end of the year, sell the stocks which have gone off the criteria and buy the new stocks that have come into the criteria. Either go with the greatest % price change criteria or greatest closing ratio. the latter has a better track record.
