10 interview questions

Tell about yourself. I am 18 years old and currently a senior in high school. I love to sing, dance and be my friends personal stylist. I plan to attend college in the fall majoring Business management and minor in fashion merchandising.

What is your greatest strength? I am very adaptable. In almost any situation I can find a way to adjust and function in my best ability in that situation.

What is your greatest weakness? I get distracted easily. But when something is made important to me it is my main focus.

How do you handle stress and pressure? I love being under pressure while working. It puts just the kind of fire under me to get things done and moving at a quick pace.

What are your goals? My dream and goal in life is to eventually own and operate my own business, preferably a salon and/or boutique.

When were you most satisfied at your job? I was most satisfied when my guest would walk away happy with their experience with me. I thrive with the idea of a happy customer.

What are you looking for in a new position? I would like to move up to more of a management role so that I may build more leadership skills.

Are you willing to relocate? I would generally like to stay in Texas, but given the right opportunity I would be willing to relocate.

Are you a big picture person or detailed oriented? I would have to agree that I am a big picture person. I see the end result and do whatever is necessary to get there.
