SCI:CORPS STRATEGIES USE A SYSTEM OF EVALUATIONS; AWARDED BUTTONS AS CERTIFICATION IN AN AREA AT EACH LEVEL, DIFFERENT TASKS ARE INCLUDED IN THE WORKDAY AS YOUTH GAIN PROFICIENCY, THEY BECOME TRAINING LEADERS; TAKING THE LEAD ON IMPLEMENTING WEEKLY TRAINING WORKSHOPS USING ONLINE SYSTEMS FOR MANAGING SCHEDULES AND QUESTIONS STRICT BUT CLEAR RULES; ESPECIALLY LIMITS ON USE OF TECHNOLOGY WHILE WORKING LIMITS ON INTERACTIONS WITH PARENTS; YOUTH MUST TAKE OWNERSHIP OF WORK

YOUTH WORKED ONLY AS CART INTERPRETERS INVADING THE INSTITUTION * NOW YOUTH VIEWED AS INTEGRAL TO OPERATIONS YOUTH FIRST CHOICE FOR STAFFING YOUTH WORK AS INTERPRETERS, TOUR GUIDES, STORE STAFF; MEMBERSHIP DESK; BIRTHDAY PARTIES; GUARDS; ADMISSIONS TRANSFORMING THE INSTITUTION
