Internet Users as at 30th June, 2012 for Nigeria stood at 48,366,178 Penetration (% Population) at 28.4% Internet (% Africa) at 28.9% While 5,860,240 were recorded to have used the popular social media Facebook as at 30th September, 2012. The .ng domain name is our own identity on cyberspace and a national resource that should be used in Nigeria rather than give more popularity to other foreign country code top level domains.
