Randy Alan Weiss is a Washington, DC based attorney, having legal expertise in several areas, such as real estate, estate planning, asset preservation, business transactions and taxation, and regional government agency/FOIA practice. He is licensed in districts of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Florida. Since May 2006, he is the Founding Partner of Weiss LLP- a reputed and leading boutique real estate firm, which came into operation in 1981. At Weiss LLP, Randy Weiss represents his clients in every aspect of real estate matters, which includes development, financing, sales, leases, land acquisition and zoning, construction, and refines facilities.

Randy Weiss has worked with many businesses and development companies Randy Weiss has worked with many businesses and development companies. Some of his other clients included are nationally recognized real estate investment trusts, real estate developers, hotel franchisees and entrepreneurs in hospitality businesses. He also represented other clients having their primary business in real estate, which includes property managers, developers, investors, and property owners as well.

Randy is a law graduate of Georgetown University Center (MLT, 1985) emphasizing on closely held business taxation & exempt organizations and St. Louis University School of Law (JD, 1981). Prior to this, in 1978, he attended the American University and received his BA degree. His wife is Andrea (Andi) and has two children, named Lauren (Malet) and Stephen Weiss.

In his free time, Randy Weiss likes to play golf and go for cycling as well. Apart from his professional commitments, he is also involved in a lot of philanthropic work. He does many community services and is associated with many of them including Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, DC; Jewish Federation of St. Louis, & Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington.
