The class of 2017 was accepted to 202 different institutions.. The average number of applications per student was 6.9 based upon transcript requests. Survey results indicate that 91.8% of students reported they visited the college they are attending. This promotes the academic and social fit that is desired in the college admissions process. The average number of college campus visits for students was 6.2. This promotes informed decision making. This May, 85.5 % of seniors reported they had completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid with their parent/guardian. The Federal Student Aid FAFSA Completion portal supports the survey. According to the New York State Higher Education Services Corporation, only 45.7 % of high school seniors in New York State completed the FAFSA in 2015.
