Problem Solving Symposium Poster Guidelines Show your use of PDCA. Examples can include: 8-Step (8-D) Structured Problem Solving Improvement Proposal A3 Standard Work implementation 5S Project Management System / Gemba board process Value Stream Map / Improvement projects Kaizen Improvement projects ANY Continuous Improvement Projects Others ? Surprise us ! Its OK (in fact encouraged) to bring work in progress Your project doesn’t have to be complete yet Why not get some free coaching at the symposium ? Don’t be afraid to make it fun ! Don’t spend too much time making your poster Print the work you already have. Paste / tape it to a poster Done ! Examples shown on the next slides are simply examples. You don’t have to conform. Use standard 36” x 48” tri-fold cardboard or foam poster board. There is only one rule – posters may not include confidential information BTV Poster presenters will be required to have management confirmation that their poster does not include confidential information
