TNA done On the basis of TNA, training is planned to bridge the gap Potential trainers were identified in Aizawl District only TOT conducted on 3.10.2010 Trainers from Aizawl district go to other districts for imparting training
Standardization of training material done Training conducted – 30 times No. of persons trained – 1276 Training evaluation done after each training Expenditure per trainee (actual) – Rs 2350/- (calculated on the basis of total sanction of Rs 30.00 lakhs)
Suggestions for strengthening ATI through CSS Training facilities are few/ inadequate Infrastructure development More teaching aids required Exposure of faculty members required
Proposed Activities under ITP during 2012-2013 Aizawl district is selected for the project Five sectors – RD, Veterinary, Food & Civil Supplies, Agriculture and Social Welfare are selected Frontline personnel of these sectors are the targets
