Stressor It stresses me out! Biological stressos: illness, injury Environmental: pollution, crowds Cognitive: how you view something Personal Behavior: smoking, drinking using drugs Life: death, birth, relationships

Fight or Flight

Psychosomatic Responces These are responses generated from the brain not an injury such as: Asthma attack from stress, headache, high blood pressure, weak immune system.

Depression Feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, or sadness that extends over a long period of time.
