WTCS Business Intelligence for Student Success Metrics Data Visualization Data Systems Business Intelligence – “…the acquisition and transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information for business analysis purposes…” Enrollment Trends Client Reporting Course Completion Rate Data Warehouse (DW) Graduate Outcomes WTCS Data Cubes & WTCS Portal Reports Tableau Dashboards Retention Rate Graduation Rate National Student Clearing-house Job Placement Rate

Through the System Office WTCS Student Success Center, colleges will be provided access to and training for WTCS performance dashboards in the fall of 2017. Tableau Allows users to easily identify a high level performance measure and drill in to identify anomalies in the data to guide continuous improvement efforts.
