Methods Outreach/Case Management with over 2000 workers Interviews with dozens of providers and employers Most recently: Focus Groups & Interviews with 25 workers, 3 providers and 3 employers

FINDINGS Nightcare, exacerbated by tipped minimum wage Lack of Licensed Providers Workers Leaving the Industry, Working in Childcare Unlicensed Providers Filling The Gap Challenges in Getting Licensed

Opportunities/Recommendations Policy: Support, incentivize, and reduce barriers for nightcare provision Policy: One Fair Wage: Eliminate the lower wage for tipped workers Program: Create Cohorts of nightcare providers, partnering with employers, and provide them with back office support
