Student Advising Process for Students Testing Positive Random drug screen onsite at college Random drug screening results are received by college Student Advising by Dean or Assoc. Dean Suspension pending PAS evaluation; Release signed to allow college to receive results of evaluation Notification from PAS regarding determination of need for treatment contract; Most are 5 years Return to program next quarter* with or without treatment contract Continue & complete nursing program with or without treatment contract Student Advising Process for Students Testing Positive * PAS may recommend extended period of time out of nursing program to begin treatment.
