Tai Chi By: Ashley Newland

Origin Some people believe that Tai Chi was developed by a Taoist Priest from a temple in China’s Wu Dong Mountains. Tai Chi was practiced as a fighting form which emphasizes strength, balance, flexibility, and speed.

Purpose It helps control the movements of the body and helps control breathing. The main purpose of it is to cultivate the qi or life energy within us to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body.

Method The method is they teach you how to control your body through breathing and correctly knowing how to do fighting techniques. And to try to help control illnesses.

Does It Really Work? In my opinion yes, to others sometimes It all depends on you
