USACE UTILITY INDUSTRY ANALYTICAL SERVICES Program Description: The Army, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center in Huntsville (CEHNC), Alabama, may have a continuing requirement for Professional Utility Rate Analytical Services and Assistance for Installations in Competing for Utilities at various installations.
USACE UTILITY INDUSTRY ANALYTICAL SERVICES Requirements: Professional utility rate analytical technical assistance to the DA when conducting rate interventions before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) or State utility regulatory bodies regarding requests for rate increases or other regulatory matters which affect the DA and other Federal Agencies. Note: Includes providing expert witness testimony at rate hearings
