VISION IGSHPA Training & Education We are the preferred provider and leader of training & education for the Ground Source Heat Pump industry! We are customer focused and creative in our approach. We create and sustain positive, productive relationships by applying “Exchange of Value” principles and skills. We value quality, teamwork, customer loyalty & retention, and continuous learning for improvement. We are conscious about “time” as a limited resource that cannot be replenished.

the Market for IGSHPA Training Who are our customers? Entities and/or Individuals working in the Ground Source Heat Pump industry What training “need” do they want to address? What is their “desired outcome” for the training? “Certification” – meaning they want our determination that an individual is “competent” (knowledgeable) about the work tasks? “Certification” – meaning they want our determination that an individual is “competent” (knowledgeable and able) to perform certain work tasks to “standards”? If so, to which “standards”? Determination as to whether or not an individual is “competent” only in terms of specific knowledge? If so, what knowledge and how much of it? “Certification” (by a particular certifying entity) as to whether or not an individual has met particular requirement?
