GAPS OUTLINED BY STAKEHOLDERS AFTER PRESENTATION OF SCREEN BRUSSELS Change of attitude by actors of the territory towards aknowledgment of the fact that audiovisual products must have also important economic results, not only Change of attitude by actors of the territory towards aknowledgment of the fact that audiovisual products must have also important economic results, not only Job profiles are very fragmented and workers are employed mainly on the base of networking or on the base of past experience Nota per Job profiles… -Considering that the numbers of employee needed for every single job profile are not very high, and considering that co-financed professional training courses can be organised with a minimum of 12 participants, it is difficult for young people to work in the sector. The need is then for very specialised courses of 3-4 people, with the possibility to get experience into a real set, not simulated. -The involvement in the cluster of technical schools and training centers is important in order to let them know what are the skils needed in the sector Cluster should be independent and managed by skilled people, who know the sector and are willing to work in shift at evening, Saturdays and Sundays, as the audiovisual sector don’t follow traditional office shifts
