Sin Chew Daily, 27th February 2010 Translation in brief: L’Oréal Brandstorm is a unique opportunity for students from across the world to live a real life marketing experience through revamping an existing L’Oréal brand. This year, these young adults are given the opportunity to develop bold marketing strategies for Diesel, a provocative and ground-breaking casual-chic brand. The challenge for L’Oréal Brandstorm 2010 is “Imagine what would be the new DIESEL beauty product range for men if it were not fragrance.” The 2010 edition L’Oréal Brandstorm has attracted a registration of 40 teams from 10 universities and colleges around Malaysia and only 5 teams were selected to compete in the national finals which will be held in May. The best team from the National Finals will be sent to Paris to represent Malaysia for the International Finals in June 2010. Sin Chew Daily, 27th February 2010

Sinar Harian, 3rd March 2010 Translation in brief: The L’Oréal Brandstorm has attracted a registration of 40 teams from 10 universities and colleges around Malaysia. L’Oréal Brandstorm provides the opportunity for students to launch or revamp a product line of an existing L’Oréal brand and developed marketing strategy for their proposal. This year, the brandstorm focuses on Diesel. The top five teams who made it to the National finals in May includes 2 teams from Universiti Malaya (UM), 2 teams from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a team from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). The winner of the National Finals will win a trip to Paris to represent Malaysia for the International Finals in June 2010.This competition has attracted over 37,000 students from more than 38 countries around the world.
