Overview Hurricane Matthew Largest Hazard Mitigation Grant Program since Hurricane Floyd Buyouts, Elevations, Mitigation Reconstructions – priority 60+ community meetings 18 HM-DRC operations – national best practice 9 sub-recipient briefings 2,987 survivors requested mitigation 4

20% of IA + PA (Enhanced HM State) Unofficial - ~$100M for HMGP: HMGP – Magnitude 20% of IA + PA (Enhanced HM State) Unofficial - ~$100M for HMGP: Already Submitted in NEMIS: Every residential structure that met criteria and funding limits (except Princeville, which has an extension) $98.5M for ~800 residential structures
