Benefits/ROI Use this slide to talk about the benefits the organization would reap by evolving to the future state you have proposed Talk in terms that your manager (and their management) can appreciate, ie: Savings in time Savings in money Opportunity to drive increased production/efficiency Opportunity to drive incremental revenue Increase in internal customer satisfaction Increase in external customer satisfaction If you have asked for a financial investment to fund the process improvement, make sure you provide an ROI – what is the return you expect to generate as a result of the company investing in your proposal?
