Current State In this top section, include a max of three bullets that summarize the pitfalls of the current situation in terms your boss can relate to Bosses are typically concerned about the following things: time, money, headcount and customer satisfaction. Customers can be internal or external. Point out how the current state is limiting growth or success in one of the aforementioned areas. If you have hard stats, ie percentages or dollars, lead with these. Use the bottom half of the slide for a visual that details the current process, with specific emphasis on where you feel it is broken

Moving from Current to Future State On this slide, detail the steps that you, and the organization, need to take to go from current to future state Simply list the steps in plain language that can be easily understood
