DEFINITION OF TERMS TIME – is the system of reference by which occurrences and sequences of events can be understood and described TIME WASTER – any activity that has lower payoff than another activity you can be doing. TIME MANAGEMENT – refers to a range of skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals.
