alio Standards Ease of Use Reports were made spreadsheet ready alio Spreadsheet-Ready FAS and HRS Reports Listing Infolink.hammer.net Added an LOV to fields on the report parameter forms Indicate on the report parameter form which fields are required with an “*” to the left of the field names Add ability to attach documents to core alio form Add ability to export inquiry screens to a spreadsheet

alio-8797 – Personnel Directory HEEMP01B.REP Added the following fields to the report: Office Extension, Mobile 1, Mobile 2 and Extended Zip Code. Also made the report Spreadsheet Ready.

alio-15449 - Employee Basic Info Listing HEBIL01A.FMX Created a NEW Employee Basic Info Listing by Date to show Employee No, Name, SSN (optionally), date filter, an additional date, Address, Gender and Ethnicity.

alio-14526 – Time and Attendance Import-HEATT03S.FMX Modify the import to log an error when the account number is empty in the import file and the substitute does NOT have an account distribution group in employee pays rather than creating an employee additional pay record with a Z-distribution group without an account number.

Radio buttons: - Load End Dates on Job and Pay records without End Dates Load End Dates on Job and Pay records with End Dates > These Dates Load End Dates on All Job and Pay records End Date Employee Position Dates – Checkbox…when selected: >>> Load End Dates on Job and Pay records without End Dates – Job and Pay records without end dates will be populated with the end dates on the form; and the position will be populated with the Contract End Date on the form. Job and Pay records with end dates will NOT be changed to the end dates on the form; and the position will be populated with the Employee Pays Contract End Date. >>> Load End Dates on Job and Pay records with End Dates > These Dates – Job and Pay records with end dates past the form’s end dates will be changed to the end dates on the form; and the position will be populated with the Contract End Date on the form. alio-9769 – Leave Taken Posting Report – HELVE02A.REP Add a total to the Substitute Duration Column.  Add option to sort employee name then date ignoring the leave code Add the ability to run the Leave Posting routine for an employee selection instead of all. This would be very useful when backing out leave and then trying to re-post them for specific employee(s).  Add Prompts for 1 - 5. Employee No 1 should default to All.
