Mission Statement: The Museum of Friends (MOF) is founded on the ideal of giving back to community what was freely given by friends to MOF’s founding artists. MOF honors art and celebrates the generous artists who made possible and gave form to its existence. MOF’s primary goals are to foster the open inquiry necessary to a cultural education and its ideals through exhibitions, an extensive reference library, and public programs.
