Existing MP Uses The site is approximately 14.81-acres consisting of educational, religious, and non-profit uses: William Carey International University (WCIU) Providence Christian College (PCC) Judson International K-8 School Excelsior High School Epicentre Church Sovereign Grace Church Non-Profit Organizations 10 RV spaces approved as accessory use

Background William Carey International University began – 1977 Judson International K-8 School began – 1979 Excelsior High School, churches, and non-profits began during 1979-2006 WCIU Master Plan (MP) adopted – 2006 Start of WCIU rebranding effort – 2010 PPR application for proposed MP amendment – 2015

Environmental Document A Mitigated Negative Declaration was adopted for the existing MP in compliance with CEQA. An Initial Study will be required to determine whether a Negative Declaration, Mitigated Negative Declaration, or an Environmental Impact Report would be required for the project. Additional environmental studies (e.g. air quality, traffic and/or parking, noise, greenhouse gas emissions) may also be required.
