DEFINITION Social Capital is simply the networks of relationships among people who live and work in a particular society, enabling that society to function effectively. Infrastructure is the basic physical and organizational structures and facilities (e.g. buildings, roads, and power supplies) needed for the operation of a society or enterprise. CONCLUSION According to our research, We conclude that: All infrastructures embed social norms, relationships, ways of thinking, acting and working. As a corollary, when they change, authority, influence, and power are redistributed. The new knowledge ecology will necessarily involve transformations of the research process: traditional institutions will adapt or die; new forms will come into being. We have lesser people in rural area, mostly kids and seniors. RTOMM(THIRD) GROUP
CONCLUSION(1) Rural area are more healthy to live compare to city in terms of Pollutions. Scarcity of youth with competency to participate as the working class in the area Educational standard are low compared to the urban area RTOMM(THIRD) GROUP
