Overview NHS Healthcare for the Armed Forces HEE e-Learning for Healthcare, together with NHS England, has produced an e-learning programme Aimed at health and social care professionals who come into contact with serving personnel, veterans and their families Service charities and lay people may also find the programme of use

Content NHS Healthcare for the Armed Forces Care of serving personnel: 1 session Advice on how to refer serving personnel to their military GP, and the differences between military and civilian healthcare systems Care of veterans: 3 sessions Common issues that affect veterans needing to access healthcare Care of families: 2 sessions Armed Forces Covenant and how to support families of both serving personnel and veterans
