Skills and Attributes for Career Success: Developing an Enterprising Mindset Introduction With employability high on the agenda for both students and education providers, institutions are increasingly looking beyond skills acquisition and enhancement towards developing key attributes and fostering enterprising mindsets that graduates need to thrive in the workplace.   Skills and Attributes for Career Success: Developing an Enterprising Mindset aims to equip students with the key skills and attributes needed to become enterprising and resourceful graduates who can think creatively and be successful in an ever-changing global work environment.   Through a wide range of examples and scenarios, students learn how to apply these crucial skills in different work contexts and how to demonstrate them to potential employers in order to progress towards a rewarding and valuable career.
