Essay topic Brother’s actions have serious effects on Doodle. Discuss two ways in which Brother’s choices affect his little brother.

“The Scarlet Ibis” essay Introduction Start with 2 general comments to introduce your topic and end with a thesis 2 general CMS: Thesis Statement: In the short story“The Scarlet Ibis,” by James Hurst, Brother’s (selfish) actions help and harm Doodle.

Topic Sentence #1 Although Brother’s reasons for helping Doodle are motivated by self-interest, Doodle does benefit from them. or Brother’s actions give Doodle a life worth living.
