Management of dams and locks on the Meuse river Short description The goal is to manage and monitor the water level of the river and to open/close the locks. There are 11 dams between France, Belgium and Holland. A specialized “river” software calculate the water level needed, and give the information, via TCP-IP, to the local control systems. Each system has at least 1 Monitor (1 server and 4 Web clients) and 1 Premium Warm Standby.
