Route 1 High-Frequency Core Routes Route 1 – Route 1 will run along Beaumont Avenue, Sixth Street, and Ramsey Street to Cabazon every 30 minutes on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. It will run every 60 minutes from 5:00 AM to 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends. Route 1 High-Frequency Core Routes Route 1 – Route 1 will run along Beaumont Avenue, Sixth Street, and Ramsey Street to Cabazon every 30 minutes on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. It will run every 60 minutes from 5:00 AM to 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends.

All-Day Local Routes Route 3 – New weekend service will operate every 60 minutes from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. There are no proposed changes to weekday service at this time. NEW – Route 3-2 to mirror Route 3-1 (proposed) Route 4 – Route 4 has been redesigned to serve new areas such as Brookside Avenue and to provide all day service on Pennsylvania Avenue. It will operate as a loop and run every 60 minutes. Route 4 will no longer operate on weekends. NEW – Route 3/4 Combo on the weekends (proposed) Cabazon Circulator (New!) – The Cabazon Circulator will operate every 60 minutes from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with additional trips at 4:30 AM and 9:00 and 10:00 PM. The Circulator will connect Cabazon’s residential communities with the Cabazon Community Center, Casino Morongo, and the Desert Hills Outlet Mall.

Proposed Route 3/4 Combo – Weekend Service

School-based Routes School-Based Routes Route 3-2 Realignment (Proposed) Alternate route in Sundance in the 3:00PM hour will be discontinued to add additional service to Wal-Mart for general passengers. Route 7 – Trips after 4:30 PM (4:37, 5:22) will be discontinued due to low ridership. The majority of Route 17 will combine with Route 7 to save considerable resources. Finally, Route 7 will begin following the BUSD calendar and will only operate when school is in session. Route 9 – Route 4 will serve Seneca Springs on one trip in the after school hours to help overcrowding on Route 9 buses. Route 17 – Route 17 will operate one loop and then interline with Route 7 to save resources.

Regional Connections CommuterLink 120 – An extra trip has been added mid-day at 12:00Noon. The first trip will now leave at 5:35 AM from Wal-Mart, and trips will leave roughly every two hours with the last trip leaving Wal-Mart at 6:00 PM. An additional stop at the Loma Linda VA Hospital will be added in the early morning to accommodate medical appointments before 8:00 AM.

Discontinued Routes Route 2 – Route 2 has been rebranded as Route 1 to allow Route 1 to run every 30 minutes. Route 25 – Route 25 has been discontinued, but the new Route 1 will cover the exact alignment of the old Route 25.

Marketing Plans and Promotions Cherry Festival Shuttle – Operates during the Cherry Festival from Wal-Mart, Sports Park and for the first time this year, the Rite-Aid on Oak Valley Pkwy. July 4th Shuttle – Adding a stop at Rite-Aid, in addition to the Sports Park and Wal-Mart. Beaumont Unified Nutrition Program – FREE transportation to any passenger riding to one of 4 sites for free summer food program. Senior Services Monthly Casino Shuttle – A monthly shuttle from the Chatigny Center to Morongo Casino. DoubleMap GPS – Beaumont.DoubleMap.com

Response to Comments Increase Dial-A-Ride service – with the realignment of Route 3-2 in the 3:00pm hour, we are able to provide additional Dial-a-Ride service in the afternoon. We will continue to move forward with fixed route travel training for all eligible passengers needing Dial-a-Ride.
