Bad news Asian are changing their diet— More and more Western foods French fries… Soft drinks… Problems— Overweight, heart disease… How to solve this problem? Asian are changing their diet—More and more Western foods: Nowadays, Asian people eat more and more Western foods like French fries, cola, and so on. French fries: Popular foods like margarine, crackers, cookies, biscuits and French fries use trans fats which aren’t good for our bodies. Soft drinks & Juice: The average soft drink contains 10-12 teaspoons of sugar. Although fruit juice do provide some nutrients, they are still full of sugar and calories. Problems: Eating too much of these foods which are high calories can result in overweight people and heart disease and these are the common problems we have now. Solution: The best way to stay healthy is to avoid high-calories foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits.

An example of a healthy diet Rice or bread Milk Meats Vegetables Fruits To have a correct diet, Rice & bread: Rice or bread is indispensable. Take a bowl of rice or four pieces of bread per meal. This can give you the energy you need. Meats & milk: Meats and milk are where you can get the protein and fat. Get a glass of milk and about four servings of meat in a day. You can grow as tall as a tree. Vegetables and fruits: Vegetables and fruits have fiber and many different kinds of vitamins, so you should have four to five servings everyday. This should help keep your bowels regular and functioning well.
