Chemical-Physical folable

Poem for Physical Change This gets written on the inside bottom left side of the foldable. A Physical Change Changes how things look, Like tearing a page in a book, or freezing a liquid, like water to ice, or painting a house to make it look nice!

Poem for Chemical Change This gets written on the bottom right side of the foldable. A Chemical Change has come to pass, if you see a new solid, liquid or gas. The color may change or the energy too. A chemical change makes something new.

Textbook reading for the foldable. Pages 50-54 Changes in Matter You will be writing the key terms and definitions on the foldable. On the back/middle of the foldable the following key terms will be placed. Law of conservation of mass Energy Temperature Thermal Energy Endothermic Change Exothermic Change

On the inside . . . . . . . . . Middle left side- Cut out Physical Change and paste it in. Put the definition from the textbook underneath the cut out. Middle right side- Cut out Chemical Change and paste it in. Put the definition from the textbook underneath the cut out.

Physical and Chemical pictures Cut out the pictures and paste them on the appropriate side of the middle of the foldable. Use as many pictures as you can get to fit(should be able to fit 5)

Physical and Chemical Properties Page 36-37 in the textbook and your notes. On the top inside section of the foldable write the physical and chemical properties
