SJVRWRF Dewatering Building Corrosion Remediation Dewatering Building Roof Plan Building was built in 1990. It is made of block wall with roof metal deck at 22-ft above floor with work area of 4,200-sq.ft Contractor scope-of-work is to re-coat existing roof structural supports and metal decking. Existing coating contains lead. Contractor to protect and allow operation of dewatering equipment during construction. LIMIT OF WORK EXTENT OF PLATFORM / DECKING INSTALLED BY CONTRACTOR EXTENT OF SURFACE PREPARED BY CONTRACTOR
