What we expect from children.. High expectations – behaviour, standards, Positive relationships- respect for others, caring, sharing Zero tolerance to bullying

Parent Partnership/ Homework Homework enables children to learn that parents are just as interested as teachers are in their education . It allows parents to know what their child is learning at school.

What your child is learning… Topic – Ancient Greece English – Greek myths, poetry Maths – understanding numbers (place value), addition and subtraction, shape and measures, mental maths strategies Science – Circulation system

Homework Reading everyday for a minimum of 10 minutes Learning logs- 2 every half term My Maths or written maths homework every 2 weeks Spellings – weekly Comprehension/grammar weekly Timetables – weekly

Organisation Uniform – names in everything please P.E kit on pegs in school Monday-Friday No jewellery. Hair should be tied up for P.E Water bottles- brought to school everyday Coats
