ADOLESCENCE PERIOD AND HEALTHY HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS Individuals form families, families form societies, and societies form the world. No matter what the subject is, people need to consult with each other, in other words ''communicate'' with each other.

ADOLESCENCE PERIOD AND HEALTHY HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS People inform about their thoughts, feelings and wishes to one another through verbal or non-verbal messages.

ADOLESCENCE PERIOD AND HEALTHY HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS Individuals need to learn to tolerate and respect other people's opinions.

For healthy human relationships ; There should be no discrimination against languages people speak, skin color, gender or religion. People are to treat one another in a gentle,sensible, pleasing way. There should be tolerance on people's view and pleasure

For healthy human relationships ; People should be broadminded on any topic. People should avoid from snap decision without thinking or analyzing events.

For healthy human relationships ; Objective perspective, Launching an initiative Recognizing indivual himself/herself Taking responsibility Using non-verbal comminucation (body language) which is as effective as verbal communication Being honest,sincere and reliable empathic approach : an ability to understand one's emotional standing.

ADOLESCENCE PERIOD Adolescence, mostly ,is an unsteady period. It is an intense period of all emotions. Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood, age of 12-21. Major physical, psychological and behavioral changes take place.

ADOLESCENCE PERIOD It is a period that shyness is superior to courage, inaction is superior to adventure. Adolescence Period is the time of mistake,selfishness, often uprising, getting confused and contradiction . Adolescent is in a state of inner conflict with oneself and the environment to look for the truth.

ADOLESCENCE PERIOD * In this period, some physical and psychological changes occur. * These changes and the time for experiencing Adolescence Period can not be the same due to environmental, genetic and inner factors.

ADOLESCENCE PERIOD Physical Changes : Developing genitalia Pimples on skin Mustache and beard for male Fledging male and female genitalia Various hormone secretion Psychological Changes : Loneliness request Working reluctance Boredom Unrest Contrasting with the opposite sex Indecision More dealing with sex Extreme shyness

ADOLESCENCE PERIOD During this period , to prevent the tendecy of addictive substances , adolescents should be aware of these substances’ harm on their life. During Adolescence Period, role models and environments are vital elements.

Adolescence Period and Addiction Awareness Drugs are terribly harmful to human health. Drugs destroy nervous system. Drugs cause tension, nervousness and sleeplessness Drugs are the reason for diseases (stomach and intestinal) and pimples on skin. Drugs can cause mental health problems Drugs block the functionality of the human mind and will.

Adolescence Period and Addiction Awareness Drug addiction weakens the harmony of life. It breaks off the relation with family and social life Drug addiction forces loneliness, depression and finally an irresponsible life.
