MINIMUM ADMISSION STANDARDS Washington offers broad access to students through its 34 community and technical colleges, whose open admissions policies are designed to eliminate barriers between students and postsecondary education. Anyone who has graduated from high school or completed a GED certificate may enroll. A real estate appraiser would require a minimum associates degree from a community or technical college Washington’s baccalaureate institutions possess the following minimum admission requirements: (next slide!) If pursuing finance or investment, a bachelors degree would be required.
