Do Now: Write about a time you made a compromise (deal) with someone Do Now: Write about a time you made a compromise (deal) with someone. What was the actual compromise? If you cant think of one, use an example from a movie or TV. If you cant think of that either, think about one from a book. If you cant think of one from a book, make one up. Objectives: Students will be able to...(1) compare and contract the Virginia and New Jersey Plans (2) explain how the Connecticut compromise satisfied the needs of all states 

Essential Questions: How was our country built on compromise? Agenda: Compromises What compromises helped build the constitution? Video Did you have to give something up? Was it worth it? Were both sides happy?
