Procedural Changes Webexes to transition to Uberconference: https://www.uberconference.com Transition planned in September – watch for invitations Meetings will also become open, recording still supported For viewing, one can use any browser; For sharing, must use Google Chrome Up to 100 participants, International access (>50 countries, however no number for China, closest is Hong Kong) ONF will have at least two paid licenses to allow for overlapping meetings Mailing list to transition to xx@opennetworking.org New lists will be announced to allow current users to unsubscribe or opt out if they don’t want to be on the new lists. Otherwise you will be auto-subscribed to the new lists. opentransport, transport-api, wireless-transport will each have new lists. Information-modeling@opennetworking.org already in operation. The server will be hosted by Google Groups, but otherwise no changes to send or receive email Cassandra cassandra.blair@opennetworking.org will administer the lists
