NPOC Guideline Review The initial purpose of the National Planning Oversight Committee is to resolve disputes between regions regarding 700 MHz plans NPSTC: The Collective Voice of Public Safety Telecommunications

Proposed NPOC Members The guideline suggested that NPOC consists of the four frequency coordinators and several members of the RPC Committee: Ralph Haller, FCCA Bill Brownlow, AASHTO Ron Haraseth, APCO Richard Kinsmen, IMSA Richard Reynolds, NPSTC Ron Mayworm, NPSTC Peter Meade, East Coast Jay Groce, East Coast William Carter, North Central Carl Guse, North Central John Johnson, Gulf States Ken Yoder, Gulf States Mark Schroeder, West Coast Julian Zamora, West Coast Gary David Gray, Region 5 NPSTC: The Collective Voice of Public Safety Telecommunications

NPOC Dispute Resolution Inter-Regional Dispute Resolution Panel (IDRP) Sub-group of NPSTC NPOC Five members of the NPOC Members will be selected on a case-by-case basis Chosen from Regions not involved in the dispute and not geographically adjacent to the disputing Regions Will review the dispute and recommend a resolution Disputes must be submitted on the Inter-Regional Dispute Agreement Form NPSTC: The Collective Voice of Public Safety Telecommunications
