Don’t Forget! As I help sign them up I tell them, “two things you want to remember…” If you let the shipment drop you start all over If you cancel in the first 3 months you will be charged shipping ( this is set up so people will not abuse the program)

Don’t Stop Once They Sign Up Once they join SR your job is not done! The key to SR success is consistent follow up! Invest more time on the front end, it is well worth it! Educate your SR clients Servicing your client well will increase loyalty to you

Tracking Sunshine Rewards Tracking is vital : www.naturessunshine.com Go to: Downline reports SR members points are in red Check to see if their order has shipped After the 20th check to track shipped orders Make sure orders are shipped by the 25th When someone reschedules try to set the new appointment date before the 25th If not, remind them to order their “usual” supplements before the appointment Make a call if their order is going to go out and you know they have forgotten to adjust it

Track Your SR Members Record their shipment date For ease encourage members to set their ship date for the 25th They will adjust their SR order according to their appointment date Eliminates ship date confusion Allows client flexibility when scheduling the next appointment

Coach Your SR Member Not all clients come in monthly For 6 week appointments Set the order for the month, call it in and process to ship that day! Create the next order RIGHT THEN Remind your client, once the order is set they must call in the following months order They can do this right away as long as the first order is processed for shipment You can do this for them by sending a signed permission slip into NSP order entry They will receive an e-mail reminder Get organized! Automate your system

At Each Appointment When it comes time to create their order: Tell your client what their product credit is When they move to the next % level let them know! Remind them of how much they will save when they hit the 25% mark. This keeps them clear about why they want to keep the SR in motion!
