Intro. to Algebra/DA, Algebra/DA, & Geometry Midterm is COUNTY ASSESSED. See Midterm Madness Review Schedule and check Teacherweb for Study Guides and Reviews.

English Part 1 – County Assessed. Part 2 – Teacher Generated Midterms will vary depending on in-class readings.

US History Midterm is County Assessed. Teachers collaborated on reviews for each level. Review Sheets are being passed out. Check Teacher Web for Study Guides.

World Languages Spanish I, French I, and German I are all County Assessed. All others are teacher generated exams. Language Teachers are coordinating reviews for each level.

Science Earth Science and Biology are County Assessments. Intro. to Ecological Systems midterms are generated by the teacher.

Lifetime Fitness County Assessment. 75 Question, multiple choice exam. Study Guides will be given to students and reviewed in class.

Health 97 Question, multiple choice exam. Study Guide will be handed out. Check Teacher Web.

All other classes? Every class must have a Midterm! Ask your student about the midterm! Check Teacher Web! Contact Teachers!

Absences Due to Emergencies Students must schedule make up with teacher after exam period, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. NO EXAMS CAN BE GIVEN PRIOR TO EXAM DATE.

Final Grades In order to pass a class, a student must earn at least .75 points for the year. To calculate this figure, you add all of the quarters up, using the county assigned numbers below, multiply that number by 2, add the two exam grades, and then divide by 10. In other words, failing both the third and fourth quarters automatically is failing the course, and it follows that failing three quarters is an automatic failure. Promotions To be promoted to grade 10, students must have five credits including one English To be promoted to grade 11, students must have ten credits including two English To be promoted to grade 12, students must have fourteen credits including two English
