CSP Incentive Eligibility The eligibility requirements to participate in the CSP program are listed as follows: Active Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) membership. Valid Cloud Distributor Agreement for Distributors and/or a Reseller Agreement for Resellers. Be a Managed Partner on Microsoft’s FY16 Managed Partner List.

CSP Incentive End to End Process Overview Partners Nominated to become Indirect Reseller or Direct Partner Partner Center enrollment critical Resellers identified by MPN ID on Transactions instead CSP Transactional Nomination Process MSFT pulls eligible Partners directly from source systems based on eligibility criteria stated in Incentive guides Incentive Eligibility Assessment Invitations sent to eligible Partners to onboard onto PIEX Partner Incentive Onboarding (PIEX) Incentives calculated for Active Partners in PIEX based on CSP revenue Incentive Calculation & Payment Onboarding onto Partner Center does not mean you are eligible for incentives The MPN ID used when transacting must be used when onboarding to PIEx Indirect Provider must include Indirect Reseller MPN ID’s for every transaction Transactional status: Sourced from Partner Center for Direct Partner and Indirect Provider Indirect Reseller sourced from Indirect Provider orders MPN status: Sourced from PMC Managed status: Sourced from the MPL (Managed Partner List) Contact information pulled from Partner Center and MPN Invitations sent to contact information pulled from Partner Center or MPN Link to PIEX included in invitation Partners must respond to invite to get to Active status (including providing bank & tax info) Payments based on CSP transactions linked to MPN ID used during onboarding onto Partner Center and PIEX Access available to PIEX to view account and payment information
Partner Actions Check your Eligibility status MPN – Verify your membership status in MPN by visiting mspartner.microsoft.com. If you are not active renew your membership in PMC located in MPN. Managed Partner List (MPL) – Contact your PSE/Subsidiary to check and verify that you are managed and setup correctly in the MPL. CSP Direct Partners and Indirect Providers Transactional Status – Verify your CSP tier and onboarding status by visiting Partner Center at partnercenter.microsoft.com For CSPs meeting the Incentive Eligibility requirements, verify your PIEX onboarding status Visit PIEX and confirm you can view the CSP Incentive tile (see next slide) If you are not ‘Active’ in PIEX, check if your Partner Center or MPN contact has received the PIEX invite, and complete the onboarding process. If the invitation cannot be found, please contact Support (appendix) PIEX onboarding must be completed by end of June, 2016 in order to receive CSP incentives for Transactions since eligibility was met (1 Oct or later).
