Steve jobs: an Idealized Influencer Being the father of the Apple Computer from his father’s garage, he transferred his passion and creativeness to his employees. He built trust and confidence for his team in their free will giving creative ideas on Apple’s products that they sure know Jobs will understand since he had a professional experience in technology Being the founder of the Apple Computer, he also acted as an idealized influencer to every generations of Apple’s employees and products by taking risk and accepting challenge. Successfully created his brand from his name: Apple = Steve Jobs

Steve jobs: a dedicated apple’s ceo for all his life Steve Jobs is a role model in the transformational style of leadership of the modern generation. Even though he had a cancer to fight off with, he still lived up with his duties and expectations as a CEO of Apple’s Inc. He created a high moral and a leader’s role model for his employees to follow. He also successfully helped to motivate and inspire others to live up to their duty in leading by throwing off their own ego for the good of the company. This is a base every successful leader should have.
