The Horse Race

Race Results Sheet

Playing the Game Predict the outcome of the race before starting it. Show your prediction on the Race Results Sheet, by drawing the positions of all the horses as the first one crosses the finishing line, using the first diagram. Play the game using the board and counters. Record the finishing positions of each horse when one reaches the finish. Now run the race for a second time. Reflect on what happened and try to explain this at the bottom of the sheet.
