Materials Needed for Class 3 ring binder Dividers-do now, class notes, vocabulary, & graded work sections Writing utensil YOU!

Academic Expectations Participate in class Complete class and homework assignments Do your best Ask Questions Share your knowledge

Non-Negotiable RESPECT everyone Hats are not visible Book bags and personal belongings are not on your desk Heads up at all times Cell phones must be away

Absent/Late/Missing Work You have the number of days you missed to make up an assignment It is your responsibility to get your missed work Refusal to work in class= 0 and work can’t be made up Any late work will be for half credit and will not be accepted after 2 classes

On-going Assignments Daily Do Now Binder Check~ 3-5x/marking period Individual Marking Period Project Extra-Credit Opportunities Monthly Essay

New this year…Glasgow policy You are not able to make up work for unexcused absences No food or drink in the classrooms If you are given permission to listen to music you may only have 1 ear bud in You may NOT charge your phone in class Tests/quizzes/projects make up 75% of your final grade
