Balance Sheet Micro-Pinoy

Balance Sheets Click on the worksheet tab labeled “BALANCE SHEETS”. You do not have to input anything here. Also known as the “Statement of Condition”, this is an output of Micro-Pinoy that shows you a snapshot or financial condition of the microfinance operations at the end of each month. If you are not satisfied with the income results, you may go back to any of the preceding worksheets to make your input adjustments. If you make any further adjustments, you have to go back to the “CASHFLOW” worksheet to check the cash surplus/deficiency levels. You may have to redo the steps enumerated in “CASHFLOWS.”

Balance Sheets    TO PRINT: If you wish to automatically print the figures from months 1 to 24, click the button labeled “CLICK HERE TO PRINT THE MONTHLY FIGURES” adjacent to the top rows of the worksheet. On the other hand, if you wish to print only a summary, check the button labeled “CLICK HERE TO PRINT THE SUMMARY”. It will print the figures (rounded-off to the nearest one-thousand) for: Months 1 to 6 Year 1 Year 2 Years 1 and 2 (consolidated).
