Our Brands

Karat® History Karat® by Lollicup USA Inc. was established in 2004, offering various foodservice disposables and packaging options to businesses around the nation. Karat has since become a major player in the foodservice packaging industry, as it constantly expands its product lines and manufacturing capacity. Karat® Earth, the eco-friendly branch of the Karat brand, was later established to offer customers more sustainable packaging and disposable options. In 2014, Lollicup USA began manufacturing many of its Karat products in the United States at the company’s Chino facility. The state-of-the-art plant houses many top-of-the-line equipment used for the company’s plastic cup and lid manufacturing, paper cup forming and custom printing services. Today, Karat supplies both individual businesses and major chain accounts. It also plans to expand its manufacturing further with new production plants and product lines.

Karat offers a wide selection of high-quality and cost effective disposable food and beverage products, including an eco-friendly line called Karat® Earth. Karat completes all of your operational needs with cups, food containers, utensils and more. We deliver a reliable selection of supplies to maintain your operations. Karat® Earth eco-friendly products are a great step in protecting the environment. Karat Earth offers utensils, cups, food containers, and more. All of which are made from renewable resources. Karat Erath PLA plastic products are Cedar Grove certified and compostable where facilities exist. Stock printed products are available to help you promote your econ-friendly efforts. Manufacturing capabilities Lollicup USA’s Chino, CA manufacturing plant features high-quality machinery, including a Reifenhauser extruder and ILLIG thermoforming machines. With the installation of the new Reifenhauser extruder, the company anticipates at least a 40% increase in plastic product manufacturing. The company has four custom printing machines, five thermoforming machines, eight paper cup forming machines, one paper slitting machine, three die cutting machines. Our production plant operates 24/7 We manufacture about 25,000 cases of PET cups per months, 26,000-28,0000 cases of PET lids per month and 13,000 cases of PP cups per month. About 14,000 cases of paper cups are formed per month. About 11,000 cases of PET and PP cups and containers are custom printed per month. New manufacturing plant in TX (700,000sq ft.) will be opening Fall, 2018.
