REFLECTION 3 lifestyle changes that would lead me to a more healthy and active lifestyle are eating more fruits and vegetables, eat less meat and alternatives, and eat less junk food. By eating fruits and vegetables, I can reduce my chances of getting heart attack, high blood pressure, and other diseases. Same thing by eating less meat. If I eat less junk food, I can increase my stamina and be more active.
